The adjuster already has a number in mind.
Adjusters put a value on your claim early, often before you have finished treating. Most of my work is making sure that number reflects what actually happened to you.
No fee unless we recover for you. Consultations are free and confidential.
Injury and wrongful death
When someone else caused the harm
A small caseload, handled by the attorney you actually hired. Contingency fee, and no fee unless we recover for you.
Car Accidents
Rear-end and intersection collisions, uninsured and underinsured motorist claims, and disputed liability crashes.

Commercial vehicle crashes where logging data, ECM downloads and maintenance records disappear on a retention schedule.
Read more →Motorcycle Accidents
Riders face a presumption of fault before anyone looks at the evidence, and injuries far out of proportion to impact.
Read more →Premises Liability
Slip and fall, inadequate security and commercial property injuries. Almost always decided on the question of notice.
Read more →Workplace Injuries
Texas lets employers opt out of workers’ compensation. If yours did, it can be sued directly for negligence.
Read more →Dram Shop Liability
When a bar or restaurant serves someone who is obviously intoxicated and they injure you, the business may be liable alongside the driver.

When a business relationship breaks down
Disputes between owners, with insurers, and over agreements that stopped working. Fee arrangements discussed openly at the outset.
Insurance Litigation
Denials, underpayment, delay and bad faith handling by your own carrier, with statutory remedies beyond the policy.

Partnership and LLC disputes, fiduciary duty claims, owner deadlock and judicial winding up.

When you need protection
Wills, powers of attorney, medical directives and guardianship declarations. Without them, Texas decides who inherits, who speaks for you, and who raises your children.
Why it matters who you hire
Insurers do not evaluate your claim. They evaluate the lawyer standing next to it.
Adjusters keep records on which firms try cases and which ones always settle. That assessment is made early, and it shapes every number that follows.

What my peers say
Recognition

What happens next
The first ninety days
Most people have never done this before and have no idea what to expect. Here is the honest version.
-
We talk
Free, no obligation, and usually about twenty minutes. If you do not have a case, I will tell you that rather than sign you up.
-
Evidence gets locked down
Preservation letters go out immediately. Surveillance footage overwrites in days and trucking data can be lost on a maintenance cycle.
-
You treat, I handle the rest
Your job is medical care. Mine is the adjusters, the records, the liens, and the paperwork.
-
We demand, then we decide together
Once treatment stabilizes, I put together the demand. You see every offer. You make the call on whether to take it or file.
Where I practice
The corridor, and the towns off it
Between Austin and San Antonio sit some of the fastest-growing towns in Texas, joined by one increasingly crowded interstate. The big firms advertise downtown and treat everything in between as overflow. I do not.
Get started
Tell me what happened
There is no cost to ask and no obligation after. If your case is not one I should handle, I will point you to someone who should.
